 The Role:
You will lead the future growth of the business, and take responsibility for leading cost management/quantity surveying projects and developing strong client relationships.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Shape the strategic direction of the company
• Win and develop new business opportunities
• Lead and manage Quantity Surveying/Cost Consultant projects
• Ensure excellence in project delivery

 Requirements:

• Leadership experience at senior level within a Quantity Surveying/Cost Consultant environment
• Experience of winning major public sector contracts
• MRICS or above
• Commercially astute, with a strategic business mindset
