Postgraduate Building, Heriot Watt University

Whitelee Wind Farm Visitor Centre and Exhibition Space, Queenseat Hill, Moor Road, Eaglesham; the design incorporated sustainable elements such as a natural ventilation strategy to reduce mechanical ventilation, air-source heat pumps and water recycling.

Townhead Community Hall; a bespoke new-build facility that provides meeting space, learning library, games hall, crèche, café and community office. A successful BIG Lottery Fund grant was secured to facilitate construction.

Royal College Building, Strathclyde University – the university’s centrepiece historic Grade A-listed building. We provided quantity surveying and cost consultancy for numerous long and short-term upgrading, alteration and redevelopment projects; and also Master-Plan Construction Feasibility Study.
